6'''-Feruloylspinosin
CAS:Feruloylspinosin is a natural product derived from the leaves of the plant Apios americana. It has been shown to inhibit melanogenesis in cell monolayers and in animal models, and has also been found to have a surface-active effect on human intestinal cells. Feruloylspinosin has also been shown to inhibit tyrosinase activity in vitro. This compound is structurally related to protocatechuic acid, an active component of liquiritin apioside, which is one of the major flavonoids found in traditional Chinese herb Jujube (Zizyphus jujuba). Feruloylspinosin inhibits tyrosinase activity by binding with the active site of this enzyme, thereby blocking the oxidation of L-tyrosine, which leads to inhibition of melanogenesis. Feruloylspinosin is structurally similar to oleanolic acid and jujuboside A and B, which areFormula:C38H40O18Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:784.71 g/molRef: 3D-FF74013
