Isokadsuranin
CAS:Controlled ProductIsokadsuranin is a natural product that has been identified as a potential anticancer agent. It is a gomisin, which is a type of flavonoid that can be found in plants. Isokadsuranin has been shown to have bioactive compounds and demethylase activity, which may make it an effective treatment for inflammation. The pi3k/akt pathway, which regulates cell growth and proliferation, was found to be inhibited by this compound. Isokadsuranin also showed anti-inflammatory activity in mouse studies and the primary liver cancer cell line HepG2 cells. This drug increased the levels of ATP in both mitochondria and the microsomes of hepatocytes at low concentrations. It also caused DNA damage in primary liver cancer cells and decreased ATP levels in these cells at high concentrations.Purity:Min. 95%
