CAS:Verubulin (MPC 6827) is a microtubule blocking agent with cytotoxic and potentially anticancer activity that disrupts newly formed blood vessels in xenografts.Formula:C17H17N3OPurity:99.98%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:279.34Verubulin
CAS:Verubulin is a natural drug that contains a coumarin derivative. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of solid tumours, such as colon and liver cancer, by binding to epidermal growth factor receptors on the cell membrane. Verubulin also interferes with mitochondrial function by altering mitochondrial membrane potential and inhibiting the synthesis of ATP. This drug has been shown to be toxic to cells in culture, but it does not affect physiological function in animals. Verubulin has been shown to have low toxicity profiles in mice and humans and is used for the treatment of skin cancer.Formula:C17H17N3OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:279.34 g/mol
