1-Boc-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine is a potent anticancer agent that has shown to be effective against cervical cancer cells. It inhibits the d4 receptor and dopamine receptors in the brain, which are involved in many functions, including memory and mood regulation. This drug also blocks nonselective cation channels and has been shown to have anticancer activity. The effective dose for 1-Boc-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine is not yet known but its anticancer activity appears to be comparable to that of other compounds in this class. This compound can be conjugated with a variety of molecules to target specific tissues or organs.
