CAS:6-Amino-5-chloro-2-cyclopropylpyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid is a herbicide that inhibits the growth of plants by blocking the synthesis of fatty acids, which are important for cell division. It has been shown to be synergistic with other herbicides such as 2,4-D and MCPA in perennial ryegrass control. 6ACPC also inhibits the growth of weeds that have developed resistance to herbicides and is used to control weeds in corn crops. 6ACPC is also used as an analytical reagent in chemical analysis. 6ACPC inhibits plant root formation by interfering with the production of fatty acids in the roots, thereby inhibiting early root development. This chemical can be applied to seeds before planting or sprayed on young seedlings for weed control.Formula:C8H8ClN3O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:213.62 g/mol
