CMPD101 is a membrane-permeable small-molecule inhibitor of GRK2/3 (IC50: 18 nM and 5.4 nM).

CMPD101 is a dopamine receptor agonist that has been shown to have antimicrobial effects. It has a pyrazole ring that binds to the cation channel, which causes an increase in the permeability of the membrane to potassium ions and leads to cardiac arrest. CMPD101 is also able to bind to other receptors such as oxytocin, CB2, and d2 dopamine receptors. This compound has been shown in vivo treatment for metabolic disorders and autoimmune diseases as well as having pharmacokinetic properties.
