D(-)3-Phosphoglyceric acid barium salt
CAS:D-3-Phosphoglyceric acid barium salt (DPAB) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits the production of prostaglandins and limits inflammatory reactions. DPAB is used for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and fever in psychiatric patients and women. It has been shown to inhibit the production of TNF-α in cell culture experiments. DPAB also inhibits collagenase activity by interacting with matrix metalloproteinases. The drug has shown some efficacy in animal models of arthritis, but has not yet been approved for clinical use. Studies have shown that DPAB induces autophagy via the activation of MAPK signal pathway in cells.Formula:C6H12BaO14P2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:507.43 g/mol
