7BIO is a natural compound that has been shown to induce necrotic cell death in cancer cells. This drug induces caspase-independent cell death by hydrogen bond formation with the DNA strand, which causes the DNA strand to break and trigger apoptosis. 7BIO may be used as an adjuvant therapy for chemotherapeutic treatment of cancer. It has been tested on animal models and shows no toxicity when administered at high doses. 7BIO may also be used as a monoclonal antibody against human serum albumin (HSA) to remove HSA-bound drugs.
