CAS 92914-74-4: isoxazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3-amine

Isoxazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3-amine is a synthetic molecule with bactericidal and antibacterial properties. It inhibits the growth of bacteria by inhibiting heme synthesis. Isoxazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-3-amine has been shown to be active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium complex. This drug also inhibits the growth of mouse tumor cells and can bind to DNA.
