CAS:Cromakalim is a potassium channel opener that is used to treat cardiac arrhythmia. It blocks the voltage-gated potassium channels in the heart and relieves symptoms of atrial fibrillation, including papillary muscle spasm and tachycardia. Cromakalim also has been shown to have effects on the central nervous system, where it blocks neuronal death and inhibits brain functions. This drug has bronchoconstrictor properties and can cause cell lysis in some cells. Cromakalim is an inhibitor of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and cyclooxygenase (COX), which are enzymes that produce inflammatory mediators.Formula:C16H18N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:286.33 g/molRef: 3D-FC20586
