ISCK 03 is a growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. It also has an anti-angiogenic effect by inhibiting angiogenesis in a model system, which may be due to its ability to suppress the release of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a potent angiogenic factor. ISCK 03 may also have neurotrophic effects on nerve cells and act as a radiosensitizing agent by inducing apoptosis in cancer cells.
