4-Chloro-4-methyl-5-methylene-1,3-dioxolan-2-one is a synthetic metabolite that is used as an impurity standard for the drug product 4-[4-(4,5-dichloro-1H,3H)-imidazolinyl]-N-[(dimethylamino)sulfonyl]benzamide.
