1-[(4-Bromo-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl]-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-amine hydrochloride (BMPEA) is a pyridazine derivative that acts as an adaptor molecule to mediate the phosphorylation of proteins by protein kinases. It has been shown to have a potent stimulatory effect on the central nervous system and heart muscle in animals. BMPEA also has been shown to inhibit the growth of some bacteria, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Clostridium perfringens.
