4-Hydroxycarbazeran
CAS:4-Hydroxycarbazeran is an enzyme probe that belongs to the class of hydralazine. It is metabolized by aldehyde oxidase and sulfation. The kinetics of 4-hydroxycarbazeran has been studied in human lung explants and incubations, with results showing that it is rapidly hydrolyzed by an aldehyde oxidase and sulfation. Carbazarin, a related compound, is also metabolized by this enzyme system. Triclosan has been shown to inhibit 4-hydroxycarbazeran metabolism in vitro. Zoniporide, another related compound, inhibits the activity of aldehyde oxidase and sulfation in vivo.Formula:C18H24N4O5Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:376.41 g/molRef: 3D-FH165283
