Calcium glycolate
CAS:Calcium glycolate is a hydrogen-bond agent that is used to treat bowel disease. It is a pharmaceutical preparation that can be administered orally or intravenously. The calcium glycolate molecule consists of two calcium ions, two glycolate anions, and one water molecule. Calcium glycolate binds to the receptor site on the tumor cell surface and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding to amines. This drug also has a number of other properties, such as inhibiting inflammation in the gut and preventing bowel disease caused by d-glucoheptonic acid. Molecular modeling studies have shown that calcium glycolate interacts with pd-l1, which is expressed at high levels in bladder cancer cells, suggesting that this drug may be effective for treating bladder cancer.Formula:C4H8O6•CaPurity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:192.18 g/molCalcium Glycolate
