Heterocycles with Oxygen (O)
Heterocycles with oxygen atoms are a class of organic compounds where one or more oxygen atoms are part of the ring structure. These compounds are essential in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and materials due to their unique reactivity and stability. Oxygen-containing heterocycles are used in various applications, including drug development and polymer science. At CymitQuimica, we offer a wide range of high-quality oxygen-containing heterocycles to support your research and industrial needs.

CAS:Formula:C9H5BrO3Purity:96%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:241.03825-Methyl-2-furancarbonylchloride
CAS:5-Methyl-2-furancarbonylchloride (5MFCC) is a chlorinating agent that is used in organic synthesis. It is often used as a diluent for hydrogen chloride and density lipoprotein cholesterol. 5MFCC reacts with thionyl chloride to produce pentose phosphate, which is converted to aldehydes, such as acetaldehyde or benzaldehyde. These aldehydes are further reacted with lipoproteins to form activated lipid profiles. Activated lipid profiles are used in the detection of various diseases, such as atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus.Formula:C6H5ClO2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:144.56 g/molRef: IN-DA000YG1

Discontinued product2,5-Dihydrofuran
CAS:2,5-Dihydrofuran is a reactive organic molecule that contains two hydrogens and two carbon atoms. The optimal energy for the reaction of 2,5-dihydrofurans with hydrogen fluoride is low, which makes it a good reactant in acid conditions. 2,5-Dihydrofuran has been shown to be an intermediate in the formation of ethyne by transfer reactions. The histological analysis of cells treated with 1% 2,5-dihydrofuran showed a decrease in the number of cells with an intact nucleus. The isotopomer distribution data revealed that the concentration of 2,5-dihydrofurans increased after treatment with hydrogen fluoride. These results suggest that 2,5-dihydrofurans are formed by the reaction between hydrogen fluoride and ethyne.Formula:C4H6OPurity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:Clear Colourless To Yellow LiquidMolecular weight:70.09 g/molRef: 3D-FD45163

Discontinued product3-Methyl-2-nitrofuran
CAS:3-Methyl-2-nitrofuran is a nitro compound that has been shown to undergo photoinduced electron transfer reactions. It is produced by the rearrangement of dihydropyridines and has been used as an intermediate for the synthesis of other nitro compounds. 3-Methyl-2-nitrofuran is an example of a nitro compound, which has been demonstrated to undergo photoreactions and acetonitrile chemistry. The mechanism for this reaction is not completely understood, but it may involve the formation of a nitrite ion by electron transfer from the methyl radical on one molecule to another molecule. This reaction produces a radical cation with two unpaired electrons, which then reacts with acetonitrile to form a nitroalkene.Formula:C5H5NO3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:127.1 g/molRef: 3D-FM148500
