Discontinued product5-Nitroisoquinoline
CAS:5-Nitroisoquinoline is a nitro compound that has been shown to be a potential biomarker for liver disease. 5-Nitroisoquinoline is synthesized from the reaction of hydroxylamine, sodium carbonate, and nitric acid. This chemical can also be found in human liver tissue. The titration calorimetry experiments performed on 5-nitroisoquinoline showed that the compound has a high heat of formation (194.1 kJ/mol) and low enthalpy of formation (-19.6 kJ/mol). Vibrational analysis revealed that there are four nitrogens in the molecule and two nitrogen atoms per molecule. X-ray crystal structures were obtained for 5-nitroisoquinoline with different solvents and hydrogen bonding was observed in all cases. Molecular modeling showed that there are five nitro groups, which would explain the name "5-nitro." The five nitrogen atoms coordinate to form a trigonal bipFormula:C9H6N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:174.16 g/mol1-(2-Cyano-4-nitrophenyl)piperidine-4-carboxamide

Discontinued product(R)-1-(4-Nitro-phenyl)-ethylamine
CAS:(R)-1-(4-Nitrophenyl)ethylamine is an enantiomer of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)propan-2-amine. It is a chiral molecule that can be made quantitatively and with high efficiency. The enantiomers of this compound are diastereomeric salts, which means they have different chemical properties and can be separated. (R)-1-(4-Nitro-phenyl)ethylamine is soluble in glycerol and water, but not in methanol or ethylene glycol. This product has been shown to have carboxylic acid groups on the backbone, which provide some solubility in water.Formula:C8H10N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:166.18 g/mol5-(4-Chloro-2-nitrophenyl)-2-furoic acid

CAS:2-Hydroxy-5-nitrobenzyl alcohol is a potential anti-cancer agent that inhibits the proliferation of cervical cancer cells. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cervical cancer cells by binding to the hydroxyl group of tyrosine and 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS). The deuterium isotope effect on the 2HOH group was observed in this compound. The halides were found to be cleavage products during the reaction with DNS. The particle size analysis showed that there were two particles present in this compound, which may be due to its cleavage product. The mechanism of action for 2-hydroxy-5 nitrobenzyl alcohol is not yet known.Purity:Min. 95%2-Chloro-3-methyl-5-nitropyridine
CAS:2-Chloro-3-methyl-5-nitropyridine is a crystalline solid with an isomeric composition. It is a monomer that has optical properties. The potassium salt of 2-chloro-3-methyl-5-nitropyridine can be obtained by reacting the sodium salt with potassium hydroxide. 2CMP is used as an intermediate in the production of biphenyl, which is used to make optical films and lenses. The sodium salt of 2CMP can be obtained by reacting the potassium salt with sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate.Formula:C6H5ClN2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:172.57 g/mol6-Nitrosaccharin
CAS:6-Nitrosaccharin is a copper salt that has been shown to have cancer-causing properties in humans. It also has depressant activity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the function of the bitter taste receptors in the mouth. 6-Nitrosaccharin is readily absorbed and excreted unchanged in urine, with only a small amount being metabolized by hydrolysis to benzoate and nitrite. 6-Nitrosaccharin is used as an industrial catalyst and an analytical reagent, but can also be found in environmental pollution caused by chlorinated compounds.Formula:C7H4N2O5SPurity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:Yellow PowderMolecular weight:228.18 g/mol
