8-Amino-2-naphthol (8AN) is a natural product that has been found to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiviral properties in vitro. 5-Chloronaphthalene-1-sulfonyl chloride is a pyrazole derivative that inhibits the activity of transglutaminase, an enzyme involved in the crosslinking of proteins.
