Benzyltrimethylammoniumhydroxid (BTMA) ist eine quartäre Ammoniumverbindung, die durch ihre Struktur gekennzeichnet ist, die eine Benzylgruppe enthält, die an ein Stickstoffatom gebunden ist, das wiederum an drei Methylgruppen und ein Hydroxidion gebunden ist.
