Tenofovir-Disoproxil ist ein antiretrovirales Medikament, das hauptsächlich zur Behandlung und Prävention von HIV/AIDS und chronischer Hepatitis B-Infektion eingesetzt wird. Es ist ein Prodrug von Tenofovir, was bedeutet, dass es im Körper in seine aktive Form metabolisiert wird.
