Hidróxido de benziltrimetilamonio (BTMA) es un compuesto de amonio cuaternario caracterizado por su estructura, que incluye un grupo bencilo unido a un átomo de nitrógeno que a su vez está unido a tres grupos metilo y un ion hidróxido.
