CAS:Lead dinitrate is a nitrate salt that is used as an anti-anginal medication. It has been shown to have a concentration-dependent effect on the electrochemical impedance of Hl-60 cells. Lead dinitrate inhibits the activity of xanthine oxidase and increases the activity of superoxide dismutase, leading to an increased production of hydrogen peroxide. This increased hydrogen peroxide level leads to DNA damage in Hl-60 cells through the generation of hydroxyl radicals. The toxicity profile of lead dinitrate has been studied in vivo and in vitro, with studies showing that it does not produce genotoxic effects at concentrations below 10 mM. Lead dinitrate also exhibits coordination geometry and biochemical properties typical for transition metal complexes with nitric oxide ligands.Fórmula:N2O6PbPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:331.21 g/molRef: 3D-FL45764
