Ácido (±)-lipoico, también conocido como ácido tióctico, es un compuesto que se encuentra de forma natural y juega un papel crucial en la bioenergética mitocondrial y actúa como cofactor para varios complejos enzimáticos involucrados en el metabolismo energético.
