CAS 112-31-2: Decanal

CAS:Dacanal is a glycol ether substrate that has been shown to be effective in the inhibition of bacterial growth. It has been shown to provide a film on the surface of liquids, which prevents the formation of air bubbles and helps maintain a uniform distribution of air entrainment. Dacanal also inhibits the enzymatic activities of acetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase in vitro assays. Dacanal was found to have an inhibitory effect against bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics, such as erythromycin-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus. This compound also contains natural compounds such as ethyl decanoate and malonic acid, which may contribute to its antibacterial activity.Fórmula:C10H20OPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:156.27 g/molDecanal
