Descripción:
Acetato de sodio, con el número CAS 127-09-3, es una sal sódica del ácido acético, caracterizada por su apariencia cristalina blanca y su naturaleza higroscópica. Es altamente soluble en agua, formando una solución ligeramente alcalina. Acetato de sodio tiene una fórmula molecular de C2H3NaO2 y una masa molar de aproximadamente 82.03 g/mol.
