Sesquióxido de iterbio, con la fórmula química Yb2O3 y número CAS 1314-37-0, es un compuesto inorgánico que aparece como un polvo blanco o blanco sucio. Es un miembro de los óxidos de tierras raras y es conocido por su alta estabilidad térmica y resistencia al ataque químico.
