CAS 13463-67-7: Titania

CAS:Titanium dioxide is a chemical compound with the chemical formula TiO2. It is a white pigment that has good light-fastness and weatherability, and it is insoluble in water. The particle size of titanium dioxide ranges from 10 nm to about 100 nm. Titanium dioxide can be produced by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with water or ammonia gas at 750-1,000 °C. This chemical compound has been used for many purposes, including paint pigments, sunscreen products, toothpaste, cosmetics, plastics, photocatalyst components and wastewater treatment. Studies have shown that titanium dioxide particles are not genotoxic but may induce oxidative stress in skin cells. Although safe when used as a food additive or cosmetic ingredient, titanium dioxide can cause adverse effects on skin health when used in certain concentrations.Fórmula:TiO2Pureza:Min. 95%Forma y color:PowderPeso molecular:79.87 g/molTitanium Dioxide Rutile Nanopowder (Hydrophilic), 50nm, 99%

CAS:Titanium (IV) oxide is a white, lustrous, relatively hard, corrosion-resistant material that has excellent mechanical and chemical stability. It is used in many products including paints, plastics, paper coatings, and food packaging. Titanium dioxide has been shown to cause physiological effects such as decreased photosynthetic activity when exposed to high concentrations of water vapor. It also has the ability to act as a catalyst for the transfer reactions of zirconium oxide. This compound is not toxicologically dangerous and can be safely disposed of through wastewater treatment or thermal expansion. Titanium dioxide is used in analytical methods such as plasma mass spectrometry for measuring chlorophyll a levels in plants.Fórmula:O2TiPureza:Min. 99.0%Forma y color:White Off-White PowderPeso molecular:79.87 g/molTitanium(IV) oxide, 20-36% in H{2}O colloidal dispersion
