Cortisona, 21-acetato, también conocido como acetato de cortisona, es un corticosteroide sintético con propiedades antiinflamatorias e inmunosupresoras. Se deriva de la cortisona, una hormona esteroide que se produce de forma natural en la corteza adrenal.
