CAS:Tetrabutyl orthotitanate is a high-resistance material with the chemical formula TiO. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents, but can be dissolved in molten alkali metal salts. Tetrabutyl orthotitanate has been shown to be an efficient catalyst for the electrochemical reduction of hydrogen fluoride, as it exhibits a high resistance to corrosion by this gas and its reaction products. This compound is also used as an additive in pluronic p123 polymers to enhance their stability and reduce their flammability. The structure of tetrabutyl orthotitanate was determined using X-ray crystallography and electron diffraction, revealing that the molecule consists of tetrahedrally coordinated titanium atoms with oxygen atoms located at each corner of the tetrahedron. The surface properties were investigated by surface methodology experiments including laser ablation, SEM/EDX analysis, and XPS analysis.Fórmula:C16H36O4TiPureza:Min. 95%Forma y color:Clear LiquidPeso molecular:340.32 g/mol
