CAS:Dabsylchloride is a synthetic amino acid that is structurally related to the naturally occurring amino acid cysteine. Dabsylchloride has been shown to be stable in a variety of conditions and can be used as an analytical reagent for the detection of chloride ions. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes such as dextran sulfate reductase, which are involved in the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans and heparan sulfate, which are important components of cartilage and connective tissue. Dabsylchloride has also been found to be therapeutic in animal models for some types of autoimmune diseases. The drug can be used to inhibit the production of antibodies by binding to a particular enzyme called protein kinase C and preventing it from phosphorylating its substrates. This reaction mechanism is thought to underlie most of dabsylchloride's therapeutic properties.Fórmula:C14H14ClN3O2SPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:323.8 g/molRef: 3D-FD149445
