Descripción:
Tántalo es un metal raro, duro, de color azul grisáceo que es altamente resistente a la corrosión y tiene un alto punto de fusión, lo que lo hace valioso en diversas aplicaciones industriales. Pertenece al grupo 5 de la tabla periódica y se clasifica como un metal de transición.
