It is used in the preparation of complexes, which are used in the spectrofluorimetric determination of various chemicals in pharmaceutical formulations. Further, it finds use in the preparation of terbium nanotubes. This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio.
