Descripción:1-O-Hexyl-2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone is a food additive that is used as an antioxidant. It is a carbonyl group that has been shown to have dose-dependent effects on death protein and amines in the body. 1-O-Hexyl-2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone can be used as an antimicrobial agent against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. 1-O-Hexyl-2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone also inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting polymerase chain reactions (PCR) and metabolic disorders.
