Descripción:Voruciclib is a small-molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6). It inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro, as well as the growth of tumors in a mouse model. Voruciclib has been shown to have an effective dose that is well tolerated. The drug also has inhibitory effects on cellular proliferation and apoptosis pathway. Voruciclib induces apoptosis by inhibiting the expression and activity of the MCL-1 protein, which regulates cell death pathways. Voruciclib also inhibits activated CDK4/6, which are involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression.
