Descripción:Methyl 3-aminobenzoate hydrochloride is an inhibitor of breast cancer that belongs to the class of compounds with inhibitory properties. It has been shown to be effective against resistant breast cancer and has been used as a potential treatment for this type of cancer. Methyl 3-aminobenzoate hydrochloride inhibits the growth of tumor cells by inhibiting the activity of thiamine, which is involved in cell factor activation, protein synthesis, and disulfide bond formation. This drug also inhibits pruritus associated with cancer tissues and solid tumours. Methyl 3-aminobenzoate hydrochloride was found to be a promising anti-cancer agent due to its ability to induce neuronal death in experimental models.
