Descripción:2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-guanosine-(DMF)-succinyl CPG 1000 Å is a phosphoramidite monophosphate with antiviral and anticancer properties. It is synthesized by the reaction of deoxyribonucleosides and activated 2'-deoxy-5'-O-dimethoxytrityl guanosine. This product can be used as an activator for RNA synthesis, in DNA sequencing, and in the synthesis of oligonucleotides. It has also been shown to have antitumor activity against human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
