Descripción:N4-Benzoyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-cytidine-3'-lcaa-CPG is an antiviral agent that inhibits the RNA polymerase of the virus. It is a phosphoramidite, which is a nucleoside with a phosphate group at the 5' position. N4-Benzoyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-cytidine has been shown to be cytotoxic against cancer cells, and have less side effects than other nucleosides. It has been shown to selectively bind to ribonucleosides and deoxyribonucleosides and inhibit their synthesis by binding to the enzyme DNA polymerase. This stops DNA replication and causes cell death.
