Descripción:2'-O-(2-Methoxyethyl)adenosine 5'-a-thiotriphosphate sodium salt is a synthetic nucleoside with antiviral and anticancer properties. It is an analog of adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) in which the ribose sugar has been replaced by a 2'-O-(methoxyethyl) moiety. It has shown to be cytotoxic against cancer cells, and it is a potent activator of human telomerase, the enzyme that synthesizes telomeres at the end of chromosomes. This compound has been shown to have high purity and quality and does not have any CAS numbers assigned to it.
