Descripción:Morphine tolerance peptide is a cyclic peptide analog of morphine. It has been shown to have an affinity for the kappa-opioid receptor that is similar to that of morphine, but it has a higher potency and a longer duration of action. The molecular modeling study indicates that the analog interacts with the receptor in a similar manner as morphine and exhibits high selectivity for this receptor.
