The THP-1 cells were stimulated with 1-(pyridin-4-yl)-N-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)methanamine (PTM), a Wnt ligand that is known to induce follicle development in the ovary, and then treated with the proteasome inhibitor MG132. The data showed that PTM induced ectopic expression of β-catenin in CGCs.
