Description :5-(4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole is a reagent used in the synthesis of pinacol esters that are used to synthesize diazotized aromatic compounds. It is also used as a target product in the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazoles. 5-(4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole can be prepared by diazotizing aniline with sodium nitrite and then reacting this with sodium hydroxide in ethanol.
