Ossido di lutezio (Lu2O3) è un composto inorganico bianco e cristallino che funge da materiale significativo in varie applicazioni, in particolare nei campi dell'elettronica, dell'ottica e della tecnologia nucleare. È un ossido di terre rare, derivato dal lutetio, che è uno degli elementi della serie dei lantanidi. L'ossido di lutetio è noto per il suo alto punto di fusione e stabilità a temperature elevate, rendendolo adatto per l'uso in applicazioni ad alta temperatura.
