Descrizione:
Clofarabina è un analogo di nucleoside sintetico utilizzato principalmente nel trattamento della leucemia linfoblastica acuta (LLA) e della leucemia mieloide acuta (LMA). È caratterizzato dalla sua struttura, che include una base purinica e un gruppo zuccherino, modificati per migliorare la sua efficacia e stabilità. Clofarabina mostra proprietà antineoplastiche interferendo con la sintesi e la riparazione del DNA, portando infine all'apoptosi nelle cellule tumorali.
