MYCMI-6

MYCMI-6 is a small molecule that interacts with telomerase and inhibits the enzyme's activity. MYCMI-6 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vitro assays and in vivo mouse models. It also stabilizes proteins and acts as a cancer drug target. The efficacy of this drug has been demonstrated for solid tumours, such as colorectal carcinoma, breast cancer, and prostate cancer. MYCMI-6 has also shown promise for treating other cancers including lung cancer, leukemia, melanoma, and pancreatic cancer.

MYCMI-6 inhibits MYC:MAX, reduces tumor growth, triggers apoptosis, minimal side effects.
