Descrizione:1-Ethoxy-2-propanol is used as a solvent for a wide variety of resins such as epoxies, acrylic, alkyds, polyesters, nitrocellulose, and polyurethanes. It is also used in the surface coating and printing industries, thereby it regulate the flow, levelling, and coalescence of both surface coatings. It acts as an intermediate in the production of agro-chemicals and de-icing, and anti-icing formulations. It finds application as to make cleaning products, as grease and paint remover. This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand.
