Descrizione:5-Bromo-3-indolyl phosphate p-toluidine salt is a bioluminescent substrate that is used as a chemiluminescent and fluorogenic substrate in diagnostic assays. It is a conjugate of the enzyme 5-bromo-3-indolyl phosphate and p-toluidine. This compound has been shown to be an excellent substrate for the enzyme alkaline phosphatase, which catalyzes the production of light from 5-bromo-3-indolyl phosphate. In addition, this product has been shown to be a chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase.
