Descrizione:3-(4-Bromophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (BPYCA) is a potent anticancer agent that targets cancer cells. It inhibits the growth and spread of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis. BPYCA also protects against DNA damage caused by formylation, which leads to cell death. BPYCA has been shown to be effective against breast cancer (MCF-7) and colon cancer (HCT116). BPYCA has been found to reduce the viability of MCF-7 cells, while HCT116 cells show increased sensitivity to this drug. The anti-cancer effects of BPYCA are potent and selective for cancerous cells, as it does not affect normal cells such as erythrocytes or platelets.
