Descrizione:7-Bromo-2-methoxyquinoline is a quinoline derivative that is structurally similar to the antiproliferative compounds vincristine and vinblastine. It has been shown to have good activity against solid cancer cells in culture, as well as being able to inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cell lines. 7-Bromo-2-methoxyquinoline has also been found to be cytotoxic to human fibroblasts, which may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA synthesis.
