Descrizione:1-Boc-3-aminopiperidine is an aminopiperidine that is used as a feedstock in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals. It is an optical isomer of 1-Boc-4-aminopiperidine, which has been shown to be effective in the synthesis of arylated piperidines. The compound reacts with sodium hypochlorite and formamide to produce ethyl formate, carbamate, and citric acid. The reaction also produces chiral regiospecificity in the product.
