Descrizione:3-N-Boc-aminocyclohexanone is a potent inhibitor of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including the class of pyrazoles. It is a linker that binds to the topoisomerase II enzyme and inhibits DNA synthesis by preventing the formation of the topoisomerase II/DNA complex. 3-N-Boc-aminocyclohexanone also has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, inhibiting their growth by binding to the protein synthesis machinery. 3-N-Boc-aminocyclohexanone has shown antimicrobial properties against bacterial strains that are resistant to other antibiotics such as penicillin and erythromycin.
